Corrections and feedback.

When something on zumbo is wrong, we fix it and record it here with the date. If you spot an error or want to tell us what you think of a page, write to us below: no account and no email.

How we correct

  • We fix the page as soon as we confirm the error and update its review date.
  • Corrections to facts, figures and advice are listed here; typos and design changes are not.
  • Facts about the works come from cited sources. If a source is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it.
  • When a reader’s report leads to a fix, we say so (without names).

Corrections log

  1. · Saitama profile: The “Is this the official routine?” answer said the source describes no routine, although the profile itself describes his daily routine (100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and a 10 km run). It now says the story does present it and explains why the plan does not copy it as written.
  2. · Saitama profile and article: The profile said 3 reps in reserve and 30 to 40 minutes of cardio; the article said 2 reps in reserve and a 20 to 35 minute run. The article now uses the profile’s figures (3 in reserve; an optional 30 to 40 minute run, or 20 to 30 for beginners) and links to it.
  3. · Saitama, Naruto and Luffy profiles: The note on the sample day of meals said the source describes no diet for the character, but their source does mention their food. It now sums up exactly what the source says (for example, that Naruto’s favorite food is ramen).
  4. · Anime Fit privacy notices: The notices said nothing is sent to any server, but the site was already counting searches and chosen options, anonymously and without cookies. They now explain that what you type (age, weight, meals…) never leaves your browser and that only those searches and options are counted.
  5. · Saitama, Izuku Midoriya, Roronoa Zoro and Vegeta profiles: The weekly routine heading said “full body” on upper/lower routines, and “push, pull and legs” on routines that mix upper, lower, push and pull days. The name now comes from the number of days and matches the routine shown.
  6. · Energy calculator: It now explains how far its accuracy goes: it cites the systematic review that compares the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with measured values and warns that the error for a given person can be larger and that the chosen activity level adds more uncertainty.
  7. · Kitchen calculators: They accepted negative amounts and showed the currency wrongly in English. They now reject negative values and show the currency correctly in both languages.
  8. · Levi Ackerman profile: The motto pushed readers toward losing weight. It now reads “Master your own bodyweight”: no motto on the site may encourage weight loss.
  9. · Printable sheets: The page said it offered two sheets, but it has three. It now says three.
  10. · Contact: On the Spanish page, the form’s confirmation message appeared in English. It now appears in the page’s language.
  11. · Juicy pan-seared chicken: It attributed the 74 °C (165 °F) internal temperature to the USDA and the UK Food Standards Agency. It now attributes it only to the USDA, the source that backs it; the figure did not change.
