Data and limits

Macros are calculated with USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy, 2018) values per 100 g. Weigh ingredients raw or cooked as the list says. Weights change when cooking: total calories do not, but calories per 100 g do.[1]

The examples are generic zumbo recipes: they are not attributed to any character and are not official.
